Natalie’s background before running MTS Scaffolding was in business development and professional relations for companies in the national healthcare market. Excellent communication and transparency are key to working in the healthcare industry and she doesn’t see the construction industry any differently. Natalie is passionate about investing in her scaffolding team, providing the latest training in scaffold erection, scaffold drawing, scaffold inspection and compliance. She also has just started a scaffolding apprenticeship programme investing in people who want to join this essential, exciting industry. MTS offers apprenticeships for young people just starting their career at the age of 16, through to men and women of any age or background looking to retrain and join this rapidly growing sector in the industry.

MTS are always looking for new technology to assist in giving both customers and employees a better experience. That’s why we heavily invested in software programmes like Smart Scaffolder by CADS, which provides a consistent pricing and specification models compliant with TG:20 safety standard and project specific method statements/risk assessments. This means customers can see exactly how the scaffolding will be built, how much it will cost, the amount of equipment required and how the project will be delivered safely. MTS also invested, in the infancy of the company, in a mobile app-based HR and health and safety platform. This means all employees can securely access their employment data and health and safety policies/advice anytime, anywhere.
